There is a fully-funded PhD studentship available at the School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Science of the University of Liverpool.

We are looking for very strong and highly motivated candidates. The PhD project will be on Algorithms and Engineering of Programmable Matter, therefore we are primarily looking for candidates with an Engineering or a Computer Science background.

The School of Computer Science at the University of Manchester is offering a funded Ph.D. studentship, which covers the full costs of UK/EU tuition and standard living fees. 

This research work will be within the fields of machine learning, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence.
